KeyString Labs is the innovation lab for Entergy, and its mission is to provide customers with value through data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. In addition, it strives to research, test, and implement new products & services related to renewable energy sources, EV charging systems, and bill assistance measures.

As the lead designer for KeyString Labs, I was part of a 30-person team with strategists, business analysts, product designers, developers, and innovation architects. My duties included setting up an efficient workflow by crafting design strategies, mentoring other designers, managing brand strategy, and designing our web presence. I developed a vision to drive projects forward, and I could efficiently manage our design teams' operations too.
